The program
Grandview Lodge, managed by Triduum Realty, sends and receives text messages with prospective and current guests. We use texts for:
- Answering questions about rooms, rates and availability.
- Updates on your application and move-in.
- Invoices, payment reminders, secure payment links and receipts.
- Maintenance, property and safety notices.
- Replies when you text us about an issue with your room or stay.
We do not send marketing or promotional texts on behalf of other companies.
How you join
You agree to receive texts from Grandview Lodge when you give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, for example on a form on this website, on your application or stay agreement, or by texting us first. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of staying with us. You can call or email us instead.
How often we text
Message frequency varies. It depends on your conversation with us and your stay. For example, you will usually get a payment message around the 1st of each month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Grandview Lodge does not charge for texts.
Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message to confirm that you have opted out, and then we will not text you again unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START or text us.
If you stop texts, we will contact you by phone or email about your stay and payments instead.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or call 573-340-3308 or email [email protected].
