Make a payment

Already staying with us? Paying is quick, and you never need to come to the office.

Step 1: Watch for your invoice.
About two days before the 1st, we text and email you your monthly invoice with a secure pay link.
Step 2: Tap 'Pay' in the message.
Pay by card on any phone. It takes about a minute.
Step 3: Turn on autopay (optional).
Save your card when you pay and choose autopay. Your payment then goes through automatically each month, and you still get a receipt.

Good to know

Payment is due on the 1st.
A $50 late fee applies if payment is more than 2 days late.
Card payments include a 3% processing fee.
Never send card numbers by text or email. We'll only ever ask you to pay through the secure link.
